Fenwick Island, Delaware Regulations

No dogs permitted on beach from May 1 to Sept. 30.
No alcoholic beverages on beach.
No bonfires without written permit from the Chief of Police.
No sleeping or loitering on beach from midnight to 8 a.m.
No launching or beaching of boats from public beach.
No power boats or sailboats within 100 feet of beach.
No glass containers on beach.
